Text:
She couldn´t imagine this could be happening to her. She was shaking just to think about it. What would she do with her life ? She was still 19 and she had been seeing the guy for less than two months. She was sure her mother would cry for hours and maybe her father would suffer more than he could imagine. One thing she was sure, though: she might be fired but she would not accept to be sent to the other side of the world for 6 months to do some stupid course.

What did you think the text was about until the last sentence ? Why did you think that ?

They knew it was dangerous but they had to do it. Their lives depended on it. What would they tell their friends if they couldn´t do it. All of them could and they had to face it. It was now or never. It was getting late and they might not have another chance. Suddenly, their fears hit them and they couldn´t believe it when the instructor told them they were next in line to do the test in order to try to obtain their driver´s licenses.
